This Privacy Policy describes how codepappa ("I", "me", or "my") collects, uses, and handles information when you visit codepappa.com or use the Chalk It In iOS app.

1. Information I Collect

Website (codepappa.com)

This is a static website. It does not use analytics, tracking scripts, cookies, or any form of user accounts. No personal data is collected when you browse the site.

Chalk It In (iOS App)

The app is designed with privacy first:

• All reading data you create — articles, links, schedules — is stored only on your device and, if enabled, synced privately through your personal iCloud account via CloudKit.
• I have no access to your iCloud data. It is encrypted and controlled entirely by Apple and your Apple ID.
• The app does not collect analytics, usage telemetry, or personal identifiers of any kind.
• The app does not display advertising.

2. Contact Communications

If you email me at admin@codepappa.com, I will only use the information you provide to respond to your message. I will not add you to any mailing list or share your details with third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

Apple / iCloud
CloudKit sync is handled by Apple. If you use iCloud sync, your data is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

Apple App Store
App downloads and any future in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Apple may collect data in accordance with their own privacy policy.

4. Children's Privacy

My products are not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

5. Changes to This Policy

If I make material changes to this policy, I will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
